Using this site

This site is provided for general information about motion73 and its work. You’re welcome to browse it and get in touch. Please don’t use it to break the law, disrupt the service, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or submit spam or abusive content through the contact form.

The contact form is not a contract

Sending a message through the contact form starts a conversation — it doesn’t create a binding agreement, and I’m under no obligation to take on any particular project. Any project only goes ahead once we’ve agreed the scope, price, and terms separately, in writing. Anything I quote or describe on this site is indicative and may change.

Intellectual property

The design, text, images, code, and other content on this site belong to motion73 unless stated otherwise, and are protected by copyright. Please don’t copy, reproduce, or reuse them without permission. Names and logos of clients or third parties shown on the site remain the property of their respective owners.

Third-party links and services

The site uses third-party services (such as Cloudflare for security, and a hosting provider to serve the site) and may link to other websites. I’m not responsible for the content or practices of external sites. Use of the contact form is also subject to Cloudflare Turnstile, which helps confirm you’re not a bot.

No warranties

The site is provided “as is”. While I aim to keep it accurate and available, I don’t guarantee it will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or up to date, and I make no warranties beyond those that can’t be excluded under applicable law.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, motion73 isn’t liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that can’t legally be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Bulgarian courts.
