Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information motion73 collects, why, and what your rights are. motion73 is a one-person web design and development studio based in Bulgaria. In plain terms: I keep data collection to the minimum needed to reply to you, and I don’t sell it to anyone.

Who is responsible for your data

motion73 (“I”, “me”) is the data controller for the information described here. You can reach me at andrew@motion73.com.

What I collect

Contact form. When you use the contact form, I collect the details you enter:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your business name (optional)
• The type of service you’re interested in
• Your message

I don’t use tracking or advertising cookies, and there are no user accounts or logins on this site.

Technical data. Like almost any website, the servers that host and protect this site automatically process basic technical information such as your IP address and browser type. This is handled by my hosting and security providers (below) to keep the site running and block abuse — I don’t use it to build a profile of you.

Why I use it, and the legal basis

• To reply to your enquiry and discuss a possible project. Legal basis: taking steps at your request before entering a contract, and my legitimate interest in responding to people who contact me.
• To keep the site secure and prevent spam. The contact form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile and a spam-detection field. Legal basis: my legitimate interest in protecting the site.

Who I share it with

I don’t sell your data. I use a small number of trusted service providers to run the site and deliver your messages to me:

• Hosting provider — serves the website (currently Vercel; I may also use Cloudflare).
• Cloudflare — bot protection (Turnstile) on the contact form, and the service that receives your form submission and passes it on to be emailed to me.
• Resend — the email delivery service that sends your contact-form message to my inbox.

These providers may process data outside your country, including outside the EU/EEA. Where that happens, appropriate safeguards (such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses) are in place.

How long I keep it

Your contact-form message arrives as an email and stays in my inbox as part of my normal correspondence, so I can refer back to our conversation. I don’t keep it in any separate database. You can ask me to delete your message at any time and I’ll remove it from my inbox.

Your rights

If you’re in the EU/EEA (including Bulgaria) or the UK, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal data, to object to certain processing, and to data portability. To exercise any of these, email andrew@motion73.com. You also have the right to complain to a supervisory authority — in Bulgaria, that’s the Commission for Personal Data Protection (CPDP).

Changes to this policy

I may update this policy as the site changes. The “last updated” date above always reflects the current version.
