I'm Andrew. I design and build websites for a living, and this is where I write about it.

Most of what I'll cover comes from the questions I get asked all the time. How do you know if your website is actually helping your business? How do you find someone reputable to build it, without getting burned? What does a good site do that a bad one doesn't? I'll answer those properly, and I'll show real examples: sites I've worked on, what was wrong, and what changed after.
